Ingredients
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 c alkaline water
- 1 c frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 tsp. of grated ginger
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend away. If it is too thick then you can add more water. You can also thicken it up by adding a little ice. Enjoy!
