Everything bagel flax crackers use the same spices that go on an everything bagel. These crackers are the more nutritious, snack alternative. Please gather your own seasonings and don’t buy the everything bagel seasoning because that often contains preservatives. What are you waiting for? Bust out the dehydrator and get to snacking!

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 1/2 c water
- 3/4 c golden flax seeds
- 1/4 c brown flax seeds
- 3 tsp. poppy seeds
- 3 tsp. sesame seeds
- 3 tsp. organic onion flakes
- 3 tsp. organic garlic flakes
- 3 tsp. sea salt
Instructions
- Add the garlic and water to a blender and blend on high for 20 seconds. Pour this mixture into a bowl with the golden and brown flax seeds. Let them soak for at least four hours.
- Spread this mixture, which should be gelatinous, onto one or two non-stick dehydrator sheets. It should be about 1/8-inch thick. You can score the mixture into squares so that the crackers are easier to cut at the end.
- In a small bowl, mix the poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onion flakes, and garlic flakes. Sprinkle this mixture all over the flax seed mixture and then season with sea salt.
- Place the crackers into the dehydrator and dehydrate at 110º F for 24 hours, or until crispy.
- Remove when ready and enjoy!
