Ingredients
- 2 zucchini, spiralized
- 2 c bean sprouts
- 3/4 c raw cashews, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 4 green onions, diced
- 1/2 c cilantro, diced
- juice of one lime
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. coconut aminos
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a large salad bowl and mix until the veggies are coated in the liquids. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if you want to add some heat!
