Ingredients
- 1 c spinach
- 1/2 c pineapple, cubed and frozen overnight
- 1 c cucumber, cubed
- 1 -inch piece ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 1/2 c filtered water
- 1 tbsp. raw agave nectar (optional)
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and add the agave if necessary.
- Pour into a large cup and garnish with optional pineapple wedge. Drink in the morning on an empty stomach for the best results.
