Ingredients

For the Dressing

  • 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne powder

For the Salad

  • 2 mangos, peeled, and cubed
  • 1 English cucumber, halved and sliced
  • 1/2 c basil or mint, torn

Instructions

For the Dressing

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients and taste to test the level of spice. If you think you can handle more heat, add another dash or two of the cayenne.
  2. Set aside while you prepare the salad.

For the Salad

  1. Add the cucumber and mango to a medium-sized salad bowl and toss gently to combine.
