Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 c raw apple cider vinegar
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3/4 c extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Dress a salad with your desired amount of dressing and store the remaining dressing in an airtight glass jar in the fridge. It will stay fresh for 3 days.
