Now that it’s cold outside, baby, it’s the perfect time to indulge in a warm cup of tea and spiced dessert. This dessert is low in fat, easy to digest, and has the wonderfully crunchy texture from the dried coconut and almonds. It serves two people, so don’t be greedy and eat the whole thing!

Ingredients
For the Cinnamon Spiced Pear
- 1/2 c dates, pitted and roughly chopped
- 1/4 c filtered water
- 2 large pears, peeled and diced
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 pinches sea salt
For the Sweet Coconut Crumble
- 3 tbsp. dehydrated coconut
- 2 tbsp. raisins
- 2 tbsp. raw almonds
- 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions

For the Sweet Coconut Crumble
- Add the dates and water to a blender and blend until smooth. This is date paste and you are going to use 2 Tbsp of this for the spiced pear bowl.
- Combine the 2 Tbsp of date paste with the pear, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until you get a crumble-like consistency.
- Divide the pear mixture between two bowls and top each bowl with equal amounts of the crumble. 'Tis the season to enjoy this dessert!
