Ingredients

  • 1/4 c chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp. raw cacao powder
  • 1 c homemade almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. grade A maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tbsp. cacao nibs (optional topping)
  • 1 tbsp. raw almond butter (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients (except for the optional toppings) to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Alternatively, add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine. If you go that route, make sure to mash the banana before you mix.
  2. Transfer the mixture to two jars and store in the fridge overnight for the chia pudding to set.
  3. Remove from the fridge and top with optional cacao nibs, raw almond butter, or more banana slices. Enjoy!
