Ingredients
- 2 c water (depending on your preference)
- 2 c chard (2 large leaves)
- 1 c fresh or frozen blackberries
- 1 c fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana (not too ripe)
- 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger, plus more to taste
- pinch lemon zest, plus more to taste
- 1 tsp. acai powder (optional)
- 1 c or more of ice (if using fresh fruit)
Instructions
- Throw all the ingredients in your blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
