Ingredients
For The Smoothie
- 1/4 c unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 c coconut milk
- 1 banana, frozen overnight
- 1 tbsp. almond butter
- 1 tsp. chai spice (recipe below)
- 1/2 tsp. maca powder
- 1 tbsp. ground flaxseedÂ
- 1 tsp. grade A maple syrup
For the Chai Spice
- 2 tsp. ground cardamom
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. ground allspiceÂ
Instructions
For the Chai Spice
- To make the chai spice, all you need to do is add all of the spices to a small jar, cover, and shake well to combine.
- You can save this spice in your pantry or spice rack for future use.
For the Smoothie
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
