Ingredients
- 12 dates, soaked for a couple hours
- 2 tbsp. almond cream (instructions below)
- 2 tbsp. almond butter
- pinch sea salt
- apples, cut to your liking
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender and use this as a dip or spread it on different fruits.
- Almond cream is made with a 2:1 ratio of filtered water to almonds. Blend 1/2 cup water and a 1/4 cup raw almonds and then strain it through a nut milk bag.
