- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 c unsweetened almond milk
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- 2 1/2 tsp. grade A maple syrup
- 1/3 c blueberries
- 1/2 banana, peeled and smashed
Instructions
- Combine the oats, chia seeds, sea salt, and almond milk to a mason jar and mix well.
