- 1 large banana, pre-cut into chunks and frozen overnight
- 1 heaping spoonful of raw almond butter
- 2 spoonfuls ground flaxseed
- 1/2 c homemade almond milk
- drizzle of raw agave nectar
- tiny drop of alcohol-free vanilla extract (optional)
