Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 c kale, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 c blueberries, frozen overnight
  • 1 c cherries, pitted
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency. Enjoy!
