Ingredients
- 1 banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen overnight
- 2 c strawberries, halved
- 1/2 c freshly squeezed orange juice
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides as you blend to fully incorporate the ingredients.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds (ideally made from silicone). If your molds have slots for sticks, you can insert them before freezing. If they do not, freeze for like an hour or so, remove from the freezer, and then put the sticks in the middle. Continue to freeze overnight.
- You can run the popsicle molds under some lukewarm water to remove them easily. Enjoy!
