Hey all,

Well, I am choosing to start over. Thanksgiving was way too much food and I overindulged. So, now that it is over, I am getting back to this journey. Today is my first day and I am doing a three day juice cleanse. I will follow it with a raw foods diet for the remainder of the time.

Full Body Cleanse – Day 1

So yesterday was Day 1 of the cleanse. Taking 5 pills every 2-3 hours will take some getting use to as I am not really good with keeping up with the times. So, I have created alerts that will let me know when it is time to take them. I also see that since I am eating raw, I can only meal plan 2-3 days since most of the dressings expire after 3 days. At any rate, I am excited to see what is to come.

Ready to Partake

Well, I have ordered my Full Body Cleanse and I am excited after seeing the results of one of my friends. I am ready to take my health journey to the next level. I have recently completed a 28-day juice cleanse. It proved to be very beneficial for my health so I am excited for this cleanse. I promised myself that since it is runner’s season, I would start back running and do 10 5k’s before April of next year. I have also printed many of the raw meal recipes and bought a food processor. All I am waiting on now is my package. I will continue to post my journey.
