Newbie, From Original Journal

I have not started the FBC yet. My products will be delivered next week and I probably won’t start until after the 20th (this is June 2018). I am scheduled to have a colon screening and will have already fasted for 2 days. I will begin my cleanse the following week. In the meantime, I am preparing myself with my 2 ebooks: FBC Companion and The Power of Cleansing. I am so ready for this that I cannot believe it myself. I have already begun to make minor daily changes that I feel awesome about. I can’t wait to do this and feel even better.

It’s my goal to follow that up with the Weight Release Cleanse.

I am proud of myself for doing this!
