Day Eight

Today is day 8 and things are going amazingly well. I am down 2 more pounds. I feel as though I’m really in a groove. Yesterday I incorporated 30 minutes on the elliptical and followed up with hydrotherapy. It amazes me how I don’t have cravings for anything. I have to remember to eat. I normally have a smoothie in the morning, a salad at lunch and guacamole for dinner with raw crackers. I drink at least a gallon of water daily. Spiritually I am so at peace with life. My energy level is amazing. I will check back in soon. Be peaceful.
