Oh man, I have gained 40 of the 100 pounds I lost a year ago! I recently received wonderful counseling from the Amazing Clarks and have turned over a new, positive outlook to life. I am fully ready to get back to completely healthy eating and lose the weight I gained back plus the rest I still need to. I was talking to my daughter who told me Melanie Clark did the Dherbs Detox and lost 15 pounds. I thought, what better way to a fresh start? Knowing that once I commit, I really commit, and that I had to say goodbye (and mean it) to some of the not-so-healthy foods I’d been indulging in, I called my daughter and said, “Okay, I’ll do the stupid detox”.
My daughter was going to overnight me the herbs and instructions and she mentioned I would be following a raw food diet & I would go to the bathroom a lot! I decided to start that right away and looked it up on the internet since I never had done one before. I actually do already eat lots of fruits, nuts and veggies but sneak in junk and fast food in between. I ate what was already in my fridge and made a trip to Whole Foods (what fun, it felt like I had traveled to a different country!).
Once My Dherbs arrived, I read the booklet that very night. I was thrilled to see that it is a healing detox since I have been having SEVERE, debilitating spasm pains in my thigh just above the knee (deep, close to the bone). I Can’t think, drive, or move when they are happening. They cause sweating, heavy breathing and my heart pounds. OTC meds have no effect and I’ve been to so many doctors and had so many tests. It feels like a knife stabbing and an electric shock at same time). I also have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, & Hypothyroid. It makes for lots of joint and muscle pain. What if the detox could heal these or minimize my symptoms as well?
