NYNY Tanya – Day 9

What a wonderful morning! Had a great rest. My energy has picked up a lot in the last few days. I still have not been able to make it to 1380 calories a day lol. That seems so weird. I use to hope I didn’t go over 1800 calories and now on a raw food diet, I cant make it to 1000. I got up and decided to go get some Robeks. The best juicing spot ever!!!! I got an ABC (apple, beet and carrot) with ginger. 32oz of sheer goodness. It took me til 11:30 to finish it but it was a great breakfast.

I started to crash about 3p.m. I had snacks and kale salad but nothing was helping. When I got off work, I went home and took a nap. I had a client come by and the first thing out his mouth was, “dang, you look smaller, what are you doing?” I laughed and told him about the program and he said he was proud of me. He offered to go hiking with me one weekend. It took a couple of hours to finish up his work (I am a graphic designer) and after it was too late to make it to the gym so I did my P90x Yoga and sweated my butt off (he is no joke). Well that makes my day a rap. Night yall.

Breakfast:

Apple Carrot Beet Ginger Juice, 32 oz

Cococpts organic dark cocoa, cordyceps and reishi drink
