NYNY Tanya – Day 12

So my back pain isn’t as bad as yesterday. My muscles are still tense and I felt little spasms throughout the day. I decided to order a salad for lunch from the Vegan Joint. It was a great salad. It had mushrooms, beets, red and yellow onions, peas and carrots and a great raw sweet dressing. It filled me up for the rest of the day. Since my trainer is out of town for a week, I worked out with my boss again today. It was cool. He pushes me harder than anyone I know. We lifted weights (light weights more reps), did jumping jacks, squats, and finally planks. He cheated on the planks though. I did way more than I was suppose to do. He also said he could tell I was losing weight. Guess I just don’t see it. I went home made me some juice and passed out. I think I was sleep before 9p.m. These workouts seem to drain me. I guess that’s a good thing because they say your body changes when your sleep. :)

Breakfast:
Grapefruit
Cococpts organic dark cocoa, cordyceps and reishi drink
(it’s a mushroom and raw cocoa drink mix that gives you natural energy and helps with the immune system and heart. Use instead of coffee)

Snack:
Raw Sunflower Seeds

Lunch:
Whole Foods – Raw Kale Salad With Garlicky Dressing

Dinner:
Organic Greens – Mixed Baby Greens-Lettuce, Alfalfa Sprouts, and Snow Peas

Exercise:
Trained with Boss – light weights, jumping jacks, squats with weights, and planks
