My body is truly detoxing. I feel tired and a bit like slow motion. Can’t wait for the avocados to be ripe.

I need today to make my own smoothies and get started on the treadmill plan. I had a mango smoothie from a juice bar, and what a delight. Body is getting rid of things that had been laying around for a while. I made it through the weekend, and the holiday. No remorse! Great to have such a flow. Are the detox herbs magical?

Before now, I would have been on the regret mode today. Trying to make a vow to take better care of myself. Well, the magic herbs took care of that!
