Today is the day before the 20 days of living my best life on detox.

Every day has been a day of better health and wellness. I feel a bit tired today and feel the weight falling off. I feel when the weight falls rapidly, or should I say the detox speeds up because it has broken through the layers of junk, my body needs a bit more rest. I still have layers to go through, but how wonderful to feel alive and my organs functioning well.

My blood pressure has not been this fantastic since the early 90’s. 118/79. Wow! It usually ran around 140/92 or even a bit higher. I have lost 15 pounds and am so thankful because I feel better. I have learned to understand my body in a different way and take cues for what I need to do to take care.

I still have 70 pounds to reduce off my body, and I’m looking at it from a health point of view not a vanity only view.
