Mona’s Detox – Day 17

Today, was a wonderful day. I took my 92 yr old cousin out shopping and spent time with her. Great experience and such wisdom she speaks.

I will say, when I returned home I needed to take care of my self. But, I didn’t have the panic to eat or extreme hunger I used to have. My live salad tasted like a million though.

I even have noticed I stop eating about 5 pm daily lately. Just don’t want to eat after that. What a huge benefit. I stop and let my body rest. Wasn’t anything that I planned, but I did notice this about 5 days ago.

Making my smoothie early mornings help in many ways too. Eating meals early has always been the best for me.
