When I woke up this morning, I was a little nervous. Today is the first day of my Full Body Cleanse. I swallowed the first 5 capsules and thought…”here we go”.

I had to turn down an invitation for tomorrow to attend a Jazz event. It was for an all-you-can eat and all-you-can drink affair. Oh, well, I can go to the next one. :(

Oops, almost blew it, ordered a veggie sandwich! I’m glad I was on the phone with Amber (my daughter) and she said “you can’t bread”. Just goes to show the unconscious way of eating I had.
