Today seems to be a balancing day. It was easier to drink lots of water, and I find if I drink a bottle each time I take the herbs, I drink the amount suggested in a day. I definitely am not hungry, but I am sleepy today. Friends visited late last night so I didn’t get a full night of sleep, and that probably is affecting today. But I feel I could go to sleep and stay there for 12 hours:) That sounds yummy.

My body is definitely balancing to the herbs, water and raw foods. I’m not attracted to anything else to eat which surprises me–dark chocolate and Starbucks usually talk to me on a daily basis! Fun to be exploring this, and each day has been unique unto itself. My body is very happy that I’m giving it some ease time.
