Tonight I looked into my eyes for and traveled to a place I haven’t seen in a long time. It seemed like I was looking into a place filled with ebullience and joy. It was a very strange place and somewhat startling discovery. Many times the changes that we are looking for, weight loss, high energy, etc, may not be there. In fact until the moment I looked into my eyes. I didn’t think I was going to have anything to write about today. The day was generally non-eventful. I was okay with not being able to write anything and had surrendered to that fact and then I looked in the mirror. I contorted my face in many different forms and kept playing with it. I noticed that I had actually lost weight in my face, which is were I usually lose weight when I do things like this. A lot of the bloating goes away from whatever food allergies I might have. Then in a nanosecond I was captivated by my own eyes. In that same nanosecond I journeyed to a very now place. It was a place of stillness and wonder.
