Celebrity Detox with Salli Richardson Whitfield – Day 20

Today just happens to be my last day, and boy am I glad to be done. I am not going to bore you with all the reasons you should detox, you know them all. I am just gonna straight tell you that I feel great! My husband says I look great and I haven’t thought about coffee in about 10 days. So there  you have it!!! 

It’s was worth every craving, every extra trip to the restroom, and every kale salad I ate. DETOX! DETOX! DETOX! DETOX! It’s the way to stay thin and healthy in 2010.

Breakfast – Smoothie with banana, strawberries, apples, and flax seed. 

Lunch – Raw chips with home guacamole, green salad with raw dressing.

Dinner – Spinach salad with carrots, beets, and cucumber dressing.
