What’s up my fellow Detoxers! Being close to the last day, you start to get the feeling your just about to the end of a journey. Looking at all the benefits of your discipline and determination over the last 19 days really motivates you to finish the race. I go through moments when I feel like I could do more of this since I’ve come this far. It’s like a transformation begins to take place in the mind. I have become aware of the power that my thoughts hold. Because adhering to this regimen that is so different from my habits/lifestyle, I really get to “hear” what goes on in my mind. Before the detox, you are kinda on auto-pilot and don’t even realize it. Now I’m aware of my thoughts and I take care in choosing my thoughts. I can do this! I have been doing this, and I can do whatever it is that I make up my mind to do! The power and choice is mine!
