Celebrity Detox with Dondré Whitfield – Day 15

Dherbers,

How quickly the tide turns. Today is one of those days where I feel like I’m drowning in the midst of the days tasks. I can’t wait to get through the day because it’ll be my indication that I’ve accomplished a lot. Today I’ll be concentrating on breathing so I don’t get too overwhelmed. My eating will of course help but some days you really have to allow oxygen to be your friend.

BREAKFAST -Smoothie with pineapples, bananas, mangoes, and hemp seed.

LUNCH -Big salad, cabbage, radishes, cumin, bell peppers, red onion, garlic and sesame seeds.

DINNER -Steamed squash, brown rice, w/ crushed cashews (DON”T ASK).
