Today I was hungry!  Which means that my slow metabolism is speeding up.  I had to have snacks on hand and I ate more fruit than usual.  I had a purpose filled and productive day and I feel that I moved with clarity.  I have lost about 2 lbs and I am so glad that the waste is exiting my body, for me it’s about “waste-loss” more than it is about “weight-loss”.  I will certainly plan ahead with my meals for the remainder of the detox and my menstrual cycle is almost completely gone. No cramps this month.  I had a facial breakout the last few days and my face is clearing up.  Go Detox, Go!
