Today I zipped through the day with all of the energy in the world. I had a show tonigt and I was amazing on stage. Others could feel my flow and I really slammed it. Before my show, I went to a friend’s for dinner and he had the nerve to not have anything that I could eat present, knowing that I was on my Detox. I was irate because he told me that I deserved a cheat day. And I told his ass that every day that I have been eating bad is a cheat day. I left, grabbed myself a fruit salad and took that energy to the stage!
