Becoming Healthy and in Shape Before I Turn 30 – Day 14

It’s Sunday and I punished myself by not watching football today. I did some homework and just sat down and thought about me and my goals.

Dherbs says if you fall off, get right back on track as if nothing happened.

So I did, I had a smoothie, veggie juice, a salad and nuts. The rash came back but only in the a.m. , by noon it was gone.

I started to map out a plan and look at the vegetarian cookbooks to see the dishes I wanted to make first. I took naps on and off all day guess all the work I had been doing was making me tired.
