Order Shipping Status
If you have not received your order and believe it is late, please check the Shipping Policy to review our standard delivery times. If your shipment is overdue, please fill out the form and include your order number. We will attempt to respond to all requests on the same business day, and certainly within 1 business day. Please note that the hours of operation for our customer service desk are Monday-Friday from 8 am to 6 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm Pacific Standard Time.
