Sitting here enjoying the latest fat burner drink – not bad. I’m 3 days out and looking towards my next order to continue what I’ve started here. This weight is the one area where I let myself down.

I’m completing today by meeting all my goals and loving on myself with a great workout session.
My first and hopefully only slip. We had company over, I cooked and felt it would be rude to not eat with them. I kept it down to Amish chicken and green veggies. I’m back on the program and determined to finish strong. I’m starting my regular workouts this week too.
