Ingredients

  • 1 gram saffron
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  • Boil the water in a pot and add the saffron once it is boiling. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes and then remove from the heat. All the mixture to cool a little before straining it.
  • If the taste is too powerful, you can add a little raw agave syrup to sweeten it. Drink this tea every night before going to bed for two weeks and you’ll start to see the difference, literally.
