Did you know that the average American can carry up to 20 pounds of undigested waste in the digestive system? That’s about 8 undigested meals. The waste just sits in the small & large intestines and the colon. This built-up waste can take a toll on the body, causing the person to experience fatigue, mood swings, anxiety, brain fog, skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis, constipation, or weight gain; and that’s just the beginning!
There have been over 170 serious health conditions, which have been linked to an unhealthy gut and toxin-filled colon. Most people don’t want to talk about poop or the colon, but it’s important to poop. A healthy digestive system is like having a fast pass to a healthy lifestyle. There are many ways to do this, but eating the Standard American Diet is not one of them.
The quality of modern food has gone down the drain, what with saturated fats, hydrogenated oils, refined sugars, and genetically modified organisms. Since the body wasn’t designed to process these foods, it has a hard time digesting them and that ultimately results in waste build up, which leads to illnesses. This is why people turn to cleansing or plant-based health trends; they need to get the waste out!
If you decide to participate in our Full Body Cleanse, you will help eliminate this waste. To accelerate the waste elimination process, and to normalize your bowel movements, try drinking room temperature water with raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar. All you need is:
- 8 ounces room temperature water
- 2 tablespoons raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon raw honey (optional for sweetening)
Stir the apple cider vinegar in the water, along with the raw honey if you are using it, and drink this in the morning, afternoon, or night. You can drink it once or twice a day at times that work best for you. It can be beneficial to drink after dinner, so that you have a healthy bowel movement the following morning.
Drinking this cleansing beverage doesn’t mean that it is acceptable to eat a poor diet. It is recommended that you eat a lot of plant-based foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains like quinoa, steel cut oats, or raw nuts and seeds. Meat, dairy products, processed foods, refined sugars, junk food, and hydrogenated oils contribute to waste build-up, so it is beneficial for you to avoid those foods.
