Everybody’s GI tract can always use some extra TLC. The diet, which the average American is used to, can create waste in organs, intestines, and the colon, where most intestinal and autoimmune diseases originate. It is best to keep your GI tract healthy by regularly consuming juices or smoothies made from fresh fruits and vegetables. Using fresh fruits and vegetables means you get all the essential nutrients, instead of added sugars and preservatives that are in bottled juices.
Another reason to keep your GI tract healthy is that leaky gut syndrome is becoming a condition that people are starting to struggle with. If you have joint pain, allergies, fatigue, autoimmune conditions, or continually gain weight, leaky gut syndrome may be the underlying cause.
