How Do You Sign Up For SMS Alerts?
You can do this one of two ways. If you would like us to take care of it for you, call us toll free at (866) 434-3727 and provide your cellphone number to one of our customer service representatives. You can also reach out to Dherbs via the online chat for assistance. The other option is for you to sign yourself up by logging into your account. Once you are in logged in on Dherbs.com, go to “My Account,” click on “View or change my account information,” and input your number in the “Mobile” area. How You Can Save With Auto-Delivery
Did you know that we now have an auto-delivery program? If you consistently order the same product, signing up for auto-delivery can actually save you 10% on each order. The great thing is that you don’t have to order the product once a month. You can order the product 4, 5, 8, or even 12 times a year. The best part is there is no initiation fee and you can cancel it at any time for free! You can sign up for the auto-delivery program over the phone or you can do it from your computer. Once you are in logged in on Dherbs.com, go to “My Account” and click on “My Auto Delivery;” you will be instructed from there.
