Epilepsy or seizures are caused by a surge in electrical signals or energy in the brain. This can be triggered by:

Natural foods (fruits and vegetables) will automatically bring more oxygen into the body and unlike meat and dairy products will not clog the arteries due to arterial plaque and mucus buildup.
