There is a lot of hype around detox waters. What do they do? Do they actually have any health benefits? Staying hydrated is important, but not everyone believes that detox waters are all that they claim to be. While there are some detox water myths, certain detox waters have some major health benefits. It all depends on the ingredients that you use.
For example, using ingredients like lemon, fresh herbs, and ginger is going to be more beneficial than using things like blueberries, melon, or strawberries. The reason for this is because the benefits of every ingredient won’t infuse into the water. You are better off eating a lot of the ingredients. The health benefits of other ingredients easily infuse into water, and those are the ingredients used in the recipes below.
The following recipes all contain ingredients that work to naturally flush toxins from the body, establish healthy digestion, and speed up the metabolism. When those three things are happening for you, getting rid of belly fat is not hard. You still have to avoid unhealthy foods, though. These aren’t the magic cure-all drinks. A little effort is required on your part to ensure that the detox waters are working to benefit you. Enjoy the following recipes and let us know how you like them.
