Ingredients
- 1/4 c chia seeds
- 1/2 c homemade coconut milk
- 1/2 c homemade almond milk
- 1 tbsp. raw agave
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 banana, chopped for topping
- dehydrated, unsweetened coconut flakes for topping
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients, except for the toppings, in a bow and whisk thoroughly.
- Cover the bowel and place it in the fridge for one to two hours.
- When you are ready to eat it, spoon the chia pudding into two separate bowls and top with sliced bananas and dehydrated coconut chips.
