Monday, July 30, 2018, I began my 20-day DHERBS Full Body Cleanse (FBC)!
Running on little sleep, I awoke at 6 a.m., but did not rise until almost 7. At that time, I took my first 5 pills of Formula #1 with some room temperature water. I packed my lunch bags and headed off to work.
I forgot to eat my small banana on the way. Once there, I made an eight-ounce cup of herbal tea, Spice Mountain Peach by Yogi Tea. That was followed by some blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. They were so good.
Before I knew it, it was time for Formula #2 and even more water, which has been Diamond Alkaline Water, 9.5pH+. Tastes like water.
Nibbled on carrots, celery, radish (just one; not very fond of them), cucumber, and a sweet yellow bell pepper. And more water, of course.
Time for Formula #3 and more water. I noticed a slight headache, so I decided to go to lunch a bit earlier than usual. Last night I prepare all the food I’ll eat today. For lunch I had a salad of romaine lettuce, and all of the veggies that I snacked on earlier. I brought enough for today and tomorrow. The dressing is interesting, I squeezed one each of lime, lemon, and orange. I mixed that with a very small amount of red onion and cilantro, extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), and Bragg’s Liquid Aminos. Very good, indeed.
I’m feeling okay. A little tired, but I attribute that to going to bed so late; or should I say—so early this morning. It was after 1 a.m. when I went to bed. Just so excited about getting started. I am a little lightheaded, but that’s usual for me (anemia).
Now that that’s done, it’s nearly time for Formula #4. There is the alarm!
Tonight, all I have to prepare is dinner and breakfast and snacks for tomorrow. I sure hope one of those avocados is ripe enough to eat!
Well, back to work now. I’ll post again, if not later tonight, then definitely tomorrow.
