Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 large carrot, peeled
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 inch piece of ginger root, peeled and grated
  • 1 c water

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency. If you want it a little thicker, you can add some ice. Enjoy!
