Ingredients
- 1/2 c strawberries, frozen overnight
- 1/2 c sliced bananas, frozen overnight
- 1/4 c grated beets
- 1 Medjool date, pitted
- 1 1/2 c filtered water (or less depending on desired consistency)
Instructions
- Blend all of the ingredients together in a blender. You can use less or more water to get your desired consistency.
