Ingredients
- 2 persimmons, peeled and quartered
- 1 apple, cored
- 2 c spinach
- 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 c ice
- 1/2 c filtered water
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency. If you want it thicker, use a little more ice.
