Positively Perfect Persimmon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 persimmons, peeled and quartered
  • 1 apple, cored
  • 2 c spinach
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 c ice
  • 1/2 c filtered water

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth consistency. If you want it thicker, use a little more ice.
