Ingredients
- 1/2 c raw cashews, soaked overnight
- 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp. ground mustard seed
- 1/4 c water + 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Throw all the ingredients in the blender or food processor and blend until you get a smooth, creamy consistency. Store in an airtight container. It will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
