Today was the first day that I actually had a good bowel movement. Up until this morning I only felt pressure in my lower abdominal region. I feel good today and again I am amazed that for the most part I am not really hungry. It’s all mental at this point. The question is how bad do I want it. I feel much lighter than when I consume my regular diet. I was also concerned about the activated charcoal at night but it really does not have a taste. I will keep you posted on my progress, so far so good. Oh, I did feel hungry last night and felt like I wanted like I wanted to raid the pizza shop but I had a piece of fruit instead and went to bed. I win!!!
