Ingredients
For the Ketchup
- 6 oz sun-dried tomatoes (in the bag, not in oil)
- 2 tbsp. grade A pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. clove
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Raw Jicama Fries Recipe
- 1 jicama bulb, peeled and cut into fries
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil or olive oil
- 2 tbsp. paprika
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder or fresh diced
- 1/4 of a lemon, juiced
- 1 dash sea salt
Instructions
For the Ketchup
- Add all of the ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and mix well. Pour into a glass jar (leave at least 1-2 inches from the top for air). Seal tightly with a lid and let sit for 2-3 days at room temperature.
- You can then use as needed or store it in the fridge.
For the Fries
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and toss well to make sure the fries are coated in the spices.
- Dehydrate at 110 degrees F until desired chewiness (about 2-8 hours). Remove from the dehydrator and start dipping those raw fries in the raw ketchup. Enjoy!
