Morning of day 1

OK, so I am doing good so far with my first two doses of pills. I had an orange for breakfast and lunch is a salad with avocado and lemons squeezed on top with a splash of olive oil and sprinkle of sea salt. I don’t feel like I’m going to cheat, but this is day one first meal. lol. I’ll keep you posted. Taking the pills aren’t as bad as anticipated, but thinking about going the liquid route for next time.
